How much does a feasibility study cost in Saudi Arabia?
Madrous has two published final prices: the decision report at SAR 990, and the full study from SAR 4,900. You pay with your request, with a full refund before work starts. If your project needs a larger scope, such as several sites or an activity with many licences, we send you a quote for the difference before starting, and you may decline it. If you order the full study within 30 days of a decision report, its price is credited.
Is the study approved by banks and financing bodies?
We do not claim that. Approval comes from an office licensed with the financing body, which Madrous is not. What we provide is a well-organised study with its sources and estimated, unaudited financial statements, so that a licensed office can review it with minimal effort if a lender requires it.
Do you prepare feasibility studies for bank financing?
Yes. The package includes a financing file with five years of estimated, unaudited financial statements, a repayment schedule, what the financing and support bodies relevant to your activity ask for, and an investor deck. Formal approval of the study comes from an office licensed with the financing body, if it requires one.
How long does a study take?
The decision report within 3 working days, the full study in 7 to 14 days, both counted from when your project data is complete. We send you the exact date once it is.
What if the result is that the project is not feasible?
The study says so in numbers, and shows the form in which it would become feasible, if one exists. Instead of the investor deck and financing file you receive an alternative path plan, because presenting an unfeasible project to an investor is misleading.
Is my project information confidential?
Yes. We use it only for your study, we never publish it, and we never use it in another study. You can also ask for a non-disclosure agreement in the request form.
