Cancellation and refund policy

1. At a glance

• Before work starts: cancel for a full refund.
• After work starts: no refund, because the study is prepared to your specifications, with your full right to have any error corrected.
• An error we cannot correct, or a delay of more than 15 days beyond the delivery date we sent you for a reason not caused by you: full refund.
• Duplicate payment: full refund.
• A service that does not suit your project after our review, or a full-study difference quote you decline: full refund.

2. Free check

The free check is a calculator on the site that costs nothing, so refunds do not apply to it.

3. Cancelling before work starts

Work starts when we confirm in writing that the data we need from you is complete and begin the research. If you cancel after paying and before that confirmation, you receive a full refund with no deduction.

If we review your request after payment and find the service does not suit your project or we cannot carry it out, we refund the full amount without you asking.

For the full study: if your project needs a larger scope than SAR 4,900 covers, we send you a written quote for the difference before work starts. If you decline it, you receive a full refund.

4. After work starts

The decision report and the full study are prepared for your project specifically, to the specifications you set, so the amount is not refundable once work has started, under Article 13(2)(a) of the E-Commerce Law.

You always keep the right to:

• Have any error in the delivered files, or any material departure from the scope of the service, corrected at no charge.
• A full refund if we cannot correct the error or match the scope of the service.

5. Late delivery

If your study is delivered more than 15 days after the delivery date we sent you for a reason not caused by you, you may cancel and receive a full refund, under Article 14 of the E-Commerce Law. The date is counted from when your data is complete, as set out in the delivery policy.

6. Credit when you upgrade

If you buy the decision report and then order the full study for the same project within 30 days of its delivery, the full amount of the report is deducted from the study price. Email us your request number and we send you a payment link for the difference.

7. Duplicate or mistaken payments

Any amount paid twice, or paid by mistake with no open order, is refunded in full.

8. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email [email protected] from the address in your request, with your name, your request number or payment date, and the reason. We reply within 3 working days.

9. When and how you receive the amount

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We start the refund within 5 working days of approving it, and it appears in your account within your bank’s or card issuer’s usual processing time.

10. How this policy relates to the terms

This policy is part of the terms and conditions. Where they differ on cancellation and refunds, this policy applies.
