Terms and conditions

These terms govern the relationship between you and Madrous when you request a feasibility study. By sending your request and paying, you agree to them.

1. The service

Madrous prepares feasibility studies for projects at their owners’ request, based on the data the client provides and on research in sources published at the time of work. The package consists of seven files and an interactive dashboard, as described on the pricing page.

2. Ordering and payment

  • You choose the service in the request form and pay its published price: SAR 990 for the decision report and SAR 4,900 for the full study. Published prices are final, with no added fees.
  • If you choose “Not sure”, you pay nothing when you send the request, and we contact you to suggest the right service.
  • After payment we contact you to review your request. If we find the service does not suit your project or we cannot carry it out, we tell you and refund the full amount.
  • The full study at SAR 4,900 covers the scope described on the pricing page. If your project needs a larger scope, such as several sites or an activity with many licences, we send you a written quote for the difference before work starts, and you may decline it for a full refund.
  • Payment is made online through a licensed payment provider, and Madrous does not store your card details. After payment you receive an electronic invoice showing the service, its price and the delivery date.

3. Delivery

  • The delivery period starts when we confirm in writing that the data we need from you is complete, not from the payment date, and we send you the delivery date with that confirmation.
  • Late data or a change in project scope after work starts may change the timing, and we will tell you in writing.
  • Files are delivered electronically; details are in the delivery policy.

4. Your responsibility for data

The study is built on the data and measurements you provide, and you are responsible for their accuracy. Anything not available we research and record as a declared assumption with a range. We do not carry out site visits.

5. Nature of the study

  • The study is an estimate to support a decision. It is not an investment recommendation or licensed financial, legal or tax advice.
  • Financial statements in the study are estimated and unaudited.
  • Madrous is not a chartered accounting firm or a law firm, and does not issue approval of a study for any financing body.
  • We guarantee neither profit nor financing approval. The investment decision and its outcomes are your responsibility.
  • Prices, regulations and fees change, and the study reflects what was observed on the work date written in it.

6. After delivery

You can change the inputs and scenarios in the interactive dashboard whenever you like. We do not rewrite the files after delivery except to correct an error in them.

7. Ownership and use

The method, templates and design remain the property of Madrous. You may use your study for your project and share it with your partners, financing bodies and advisers for that purpose.

You may not sell, publish or redistribute the study for any other purpose.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your project information confidential and never use it in another study, as set out in the privacy policy. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.

9. Cancellation and refunds

  • If you cancel before work starts, you receive a full refund.
  • Once work has started the amount is not refundable, and we correct any error in the delivered files or any material departure from the scope of the service.
  • Duplicate payments are refunded in full.
  • If delivery is more than 15 days late against the date we sent you for a reason not caused by you, you may cancel for a full refund.
  • How to request a refund, and the timelines, are in the cancellation and refund policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Madrous’s liability for any claim relating to the study does not exceed the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For any question, email [email protected].
